There are a number of US companies that do excellent custom Sprinter RV conversions (see the Conversions page), and not surprisingly, there is a lively market for these in the UK as well. I’ve mentioned V-Trek and McLaren Sports Homes before, and SC Sporthomes also do custom Mercedes Sprinter RV conversions.
Many of their models are “sport homes”, what we in the US might call toy haulers for road/mountain/motorbikes. Both McLaren and SC Sporthomes just posted YouTube videos of some of their latest snazzy creations last month. Not available on this side of the water, but some good examples and idea sources nonetheless!
